THE FAMILY ESTATE LOT

The Family Estate is a special lot for those with the preference of a special and private ambiance of visit to their loved ones. Setting within the backdrop of majestic scenery, each lot is a special lot where the owner may construct a mausoleum (either enclosed or open type).

Each mausoleum may be constructed according to the special design preference of the owner.The Family Estate is good for use not only for the family but also for the extended family as well.

THE GARDEN LOT

The Garden Lot is ideal as a family
plot. It consists of the equivalent of four basic lots plus more. Set in a tranquil atmosphere, the Garden Lot has a bigger lot area. Each Garden Lot is 3.00 meters wide and 3.50 meters long and can accommodate up to eight fresh body interments.

The Garden Lots are not mixed together with the lawn lots in order to achieve that very special privacy when you visit. Each Garden Lot can be accessed via a pathway that is specially designated for such purpose. Experience the solemnity of the visit to your loved ones.

THE LAWN LOT

Set in a serene atmosphere where the greenness of the grass becomes a cooling and calming spirit of the soul, lawn lots are the basic inventory offering of the park. Each lot is specially maintained to enjoy the wide expanse of lushness. Trees are strategically planted to provide the refreshing atmosphere of Negros Island. Roads and other pathways provide efficient access to the lawn areas.

Experience the beauty of walking through the green grass specially imported for that different experience.

Each Lawn Lot is 1.00 meter wide and 2.50 meters long which can accommodate up to two fresh body interments. It is the most affordable lot in the park.
